My dogs really anticipated their feeding time now. They eat 50% Welly and 50% kibble. They enjoy the meat a lot. Their poop is smaller and their breath is better with the addition to dental power also. I do cook my recipe, for a chicken/turkey meat, the average is 800gr per recipe for the final product. The instruction are clear and the little book is an amazing ressource when learning to feed fresh food. I do add supplement and offal to their meals, heart and liver. I would love if the recipe book had 1-2 recipe with some heart and liver. Or to help calculate how much meat to remove to balance with heart and liver.

My dog just loves the Welly Chef base mix. I mix it up with different proteins to keep it interesting and she’s never left any food in her bowl. I switched her to welly after being diagnosed with a heart condition and she’s doing really well with the change in food.

Since my yorkies have been on the supplements their hair is shinny and their overall happiness has improved. My pregnant girls were on this supplement, the puppies are so healthy, every pup that sold, I had raving reviews on "how smart" they were, I suggest that it is the puppy smart supplement that they started their new life with and also Mom's supplements while the pups were under construction!!!!! As for the Welly Chef, my dogs love this stuff, I just cook ground turkey and then add the mixture and a little moisture, they gobble it up! I personally love these products, all my new puppy parents use them and best of all,,,,,, they are made in CANADA!

My dogs love Welly Chef! I switched to this at my sisters recommendation after my dog suffered gastroenteritis. It has improved their digestive issues, their teeth appear to have improved in appearance and it's been very easy to get my dogs to take her medication daily because she loves to eat the food. Highly recommend!

I mixed the WellyTails base dog food with ground turkey according to the directions included on the package and my VERY picky dog liked it! That’s a good thing because she turns her nose up at fresh homemade food a lot. She didn’t love it, but liking it is very good. It was pretty easy to mix, but you do need a kitchen scale in order to follow the recipes. I like that all if the essential vitamins and minerals are measured out in the base mix. Handy! One thing: she didn’t seem to fully digest all of the veggies in the mix because you could still see them in “the evidence” after it came out the other end. Even with a probiotic added, the little veggie bits were still there. Overall a good experience and the WellyTails base mix is a great back up for when we are out of our dog’s regular food. 4/5 stars and a thumbs up!
