My 7.5 yr old Pyranese X tore his CCL 3 years ago and still suffers from the pain of inflammation if he over exerts the leg. We have been trying the hip and Joint for a few months on our 13 year old , some days are better then others with his hips. It might be to soon tell if it’s working but we will keep trying it for awhile. Wheeler has had hip problems for awhile so we probably need to try a few more months and hopefully he will have some relief.

Our vet recommended Wellytails cartilage, hip and joint powder for our 11 year old “pup” who is experiencing a harder time getting up the stairs and longer to get up from a sitting or laying position. He’s only been taking it for 6 weeks but we think we see some improvement in his movement and comfort. We’ll continue to give it to him daily as he likes the flavour and eats it all up when we pour it over his kibbles.

My Wheeler is 13 years old, we rescued Wheeler at 3 months, he has had several health conditions in his 13 years, cataracts, seizures and cancer in 2022. Wheeler is part German Shepard part Golden.
